Policy
At Notary Wheels, we understand that plans can change, and flexibility is essential. Our cancellation policy is designed to accommodate the unexpected while ensuring that we can continue to provide high-quality, timely notary services to all our clients.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Clients are kindly requested to cancel or reschedule 24 hours or more before the service appointment. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the slot to other clients.

For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service appointment, 50% of the service fee will be charged to cover the reserved time and preparation.

Clients who fail to show up for their appointment, are more than 15 minutes late, or failure to provide required documents (e.g., valid government -issued photo ID) will be subject to the full-service fee. This policy is in place to compensate for the time specifically allocated and potentially wasted.

Refund Eligibility

In certain circumstances, such as clerical errors on our part or failure to render services as promised, clients are entitled to a full refund. Refund requests should be submitted within 24 hours of the scheduled service, with details of the issue encountered.

Non-Refundable Circumstances
Due to the nature of notary services, refunds are typically not available, especially in circumstances including but not limited to:

Client Error: Refunds will not be issued for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

Change of Mind: Services that have already been rendered are non-refundable if the client changes their mind or circumstances change after the completion of notarization.

Limitation of Liability
Please note that our liability for errors is limited strictly to the cost of the service fee paid by the client.
